  • Respect quiet time hours
  • Keep the property clean, inside and out
  • Complete minor and seasonal maintenance
  • Replace exterior and common area light bulbs
  • Replace your furnace filters at least twice a  year
  • Change the batteries in smoke alarms at least twice a year and verify that they are working monthly
  • Keep windows clean and window treatments functioning

 

Deca does not own any of the properties we manage. Please understand that there are times that we must communicate with a property owner before certain decisions can be made. It may take a day or two to get a decision, so please be patient.
