Q: What are your office hours?
Q: When is rent due and how do I pay?
Rent is due on the 1st of the month unless otherwise noted in your lease agreement. Late fees apply after the 5th of the month.

Pay by Mail
Mail a check or money order to Deca Property Management at 8930 Gravois Road, St. Louis, MO 63123.
Pay in Person
Drop off a check or money order at Deca Property Management located at 8930 Gravois Road, St. Louis, MO 63123 during business hours or use the mail drop box located on the west side of the building after hours.
Pay Cash Near Your Residence
Rentvine integrates with PayNearMe to allow residents to pay rent in cash at over 20,000 participating retail locations. Residents can select a participating store, download a barcode, and pay the store clerk with cash. The payment is then immediately reflected in Rentvine. Click here for how to use PayNearMe.
Please note: There is a $4.99 Processing Fee for each PayNearMe transaction, which is added to your total when completing your payment. There is also a maximum payment of $1,500 per transaction. If your intended payment is over this amount you will need to make multiple payments with each having their own $4.99 processing fee. PayNearMe has a daily transaction limit of $2,900 and a monthly transaction limit of $10,000.
Q: Who do I call for maintenance?
A: For the fastest response, we encourage residents to put in service requests through your resident portal. You may also contact our maintenance coordinator during office hours at (314) 631-3306 and select option 2 or email us at maintenance@decapm.com. We also have an emergency maintenance line, which is (314) 631-3306 and select option 1.
Q: Where can I find a copy of my lease?
A: It’s in your resident portal.
Q: What do I do when I want to vacate?
A: You are required by Missouri Landlord Tenant Law to give a full rental period written notice prior to vacating. You can give notice in person, via email, fax, mail, or even through your resident portal. We highly recommend following up to make sure it was received if you do not do it in person.

Q: I need a circuit breaker letter for my taxes, how do I get one?
A: Send a conversation through your portal requesting the document or call us at 314-631-3306 and speak with your property management team.
